Today there are no means available to properly check the functionality of fuel injectors
while they are installed in the vehicle. The image below shows what the technician sees when the are working on your system......NOTHING!

Worse yet, if the injector is not working properly it is impossible for the technician to adjust the engine. The ability for the technician to tune the vehicle to proper mixture is negated by the differing cylinder's mixtures. The injector valves are currently one of the major components in the controlling and reduction
of exhaust emissions and this simple problem can even lead to testing failures.
Fuel Injectors, like filters, should be replaced every 50,000 miles, or more depending on the conditions, the gasoline, and more. Poor performance of fuel injectors can lead to expensive maintenance due to lacquering of inlet valves, excessive bore wear, carbonizing of computer sensors, clogging
of catalytic converters, and far more. Do the maintenance and your vehicle will run longer. Include new fuel injectors every 50,000 miles.
